Valleyview Minor Hockey Registration for 2019-2020 Season

May 24, 2019 from 6:30 to 8:30

Polar Palace (downstairs by Concession)

This will be the registration where a payment plan is offered.

All new members to VVMH must provide a copy of your child’s birth certificate as well as street address or legal land description (PO Box numbers are not sufficient).

Remember to check your Hockey Alberta profile to see if you’re Respect and Sport Parent certificate is expired.
